Refund Policy
We want you to love your MIMICSCLOTHING purchase! This policy outlines how to return an item if it doesn’t meet your expectations.
What can be returned for a refund (store credit):
- Incorrect Item: If we accidentally sent you the wrong item, please contact us right away.
- Incorrect Size (Our Fault): We understand sizing can be tricky! If you received the wrong size due to our error, we’ll happily arrange a return and send you the correct size.
What can’t be returned for a refund:
- Items that are worn, used, or not in their original, sellable condition with tags attached (if applicable).
- Incorrect size due to customer error (we recommend reaching out to customer service for sizing help before you order!).
- Items returned after 2 days of receiving your order.
Important Note: We can’t offer cash refunds, but you’ll receive store credit for eligible returns.
How to return an incorrect item or size:
- Contact us within 2 days of receiving your product.
- Explain the issue and provide your order details.
- We’ll issue a return authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
We’ll cover return shipping costs for orders where we sent the wrong item or size.
What happens after my return is approved?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer cash refunds, but you’ll receive store credit for the full amount of your returned item(s). This credit can be used towards future purchases.
