Want to return or exchange an item? We’ve got you covered!

What can be returned/exchanged?

  • Items that are incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival. (Unboxing video required for damaged/missing items)
  • Size exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis (not guaranteed).

What can’t be returned/exchanged?

  • Items that are worn, used, or not in their original, sellable condition with tags attached (if applicable).
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window (except for warranty claims).
  • We cannot offer cash refunds. In rare circumstances, store credit may be issued.

How to initiate a return/exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@ mimicsclothing.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Ensure the item is unworn, with all tags attached (if applicable).

Who pays for return shipping?

  • We’ll cover the return shipping cost if the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
  • You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs in other cases.

What happens after my return is approved?

  • For approved returns of incorrect, damaged, or defective items, you can choose a replacement item.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
